2.2. Learners: Users purchasing courses must create a learner account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
3.1. Instructors retain ownership of their course content. By uploading content, instructors grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and modify the content as required for the Platform's operation.
3.2. Instructors guarantee that the content provided does not infringe upon any third-party rights, and they have all necessary rights to offer and sell the content.
3.3. Learners may access purchased course content for their personal use only. Sharing or distributing content to others is strictly prohibited.
4.1. Instructors receive a portion of the revenue from course sales, as outlined in the Instructor Revenue Share Agreement.
4.2. Learners must pay the applicable course fees before accessing the content. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
4.3. All fees and charges are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
5.1. Instructors and learners must engage respectfully and professionally within the Platform, refraining from any abusive, offensive, or harmful behavior.
5.2. Instructors must ensure the accuracy of information provided in their courses and respond promptly to learner inquiries.
5.3. Learners are expected to participate actively, complete assignments honestly, and provide constructive feedback.
6.1. Information Collection and Use
We collect personal information from users to provide our services, process transactions, and improve the Platform. This includes names, email addresses, payment information, and user-generated content.
6.2. Data Protection
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
